Stress And Anxiety
Stress is when you have 2 conflicting thoughts. For example, you have a wish but its cannot be fulfilled externally.
Anxiety is when you have many stressful things to the point that they accumulate that you don't know what's causing the stress.
Reflection and awareness is required and is important to solving these stress points. There are many ways to do this:
- go for a walk
- journalling
- being aware of your inner voice
